Yash Mehrotra

Yash Mehrotra is the founder and principal of Mehrotra Law Professional Corporation and acts as external counsel to Pacific Legal Professional Corporation on commercial real estate and business matters. He advises developers, investors, landlords, owner-operators, and lenders on joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, condominium and subdivision development, and leasing across all asset classes.

Before founding Mehrotra Law, Yash served as General Counsel at a diversified Canadian company, providing strategic legal advice to executive leadership across multiple business divisions. He also practiced at a national law firm, representing investment funds, REITs, institutional investors, family offices, and developers on complex real estate transactions nationwide.

Called to the Ontario Bar in 2018, Yash holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. His experience across both private practice and in-house counsel roles informs a pragmatic, business-minded approach to legal strategy and deal execution.
